Social Services Technical Office Management

The Platform covers the implementation of a Management System for home-delivered activities carried out by social workers and by the rest of the Social Services personnel. The Technological Platform is based on the use of a single record for each user, in order to generate the Social History. A series of content modules will be created for this and will support the Management processes of a Social Services Technical Office.

Ándago provides a series of tools to support the management of the Technical Office:

  • Publicly-accessible Web Portal for the management of services, notifications, publication of Social Services events and news, downloading forms, or other important information.
  • Use of an appointment calendar that will allow exhaustive tracking of home visits and interviews carried out.
  • Unified Social History Records Platform.

The general objective of the project is to provide an Integrated Information System for managing the users of a Social Services Office, which serves as an effective too to support the management and decision-making processes involved in social services provided to citizens, at all levels of the organization.

The Information System makes the following possible:

  • Support management processes at operational levels:
    • Social Services Technical Office Coverage:
    • Preparation of a Primary Care users Registration Sheet.
      • User-Card Holder Information
      • Record compiling a Synthesis of the intervention with the user of the services.
    • Registration sheet and TRACKING of Primary Care cases closed, referrals, and registration of Attention proposals in a particular Zone.
      • The referral from the Administrative Unit to: Primary Care Treatment Unit, Zone Treatment Unit, or to other Services.
      • Interview Register.
    • The implementation of a unified Social History for each user. Possibility of tracking visits made to users by Dossier Number of Unified Social History Number.
  • Tracking of visits and processes using mobile devices.
    • Information will be able to be accessed and data will be able to be recorded regardless of the physical location where the service is provided, through the use of mobile devices. A mobile device (telephone or Tablet PC) will be provided to Social Workers for their visits and to record their activities.
